Live Action Mafia

What is better, to lynch an ambigious player or let them live?
If we lynch them, we could run the risk of killing a rogue.
If we don't, we run the risk of letting a vigilante live who successfully killed a rogue.
I guess mafia should acquire a shovel, and dig up the non-mafia kill today.
If they show up as rogue, we form a lynch mob to kill the vigilante.
Can anybody acquire a shovel?

Wait, nevermind. I just realized that I'm wrong. Vigilante can kill anybody, they just get back their charge if it was a mafia aligned player they killed.
