Wait, this is anonymous. I think aok's suggestion of making it invite-only was very valid. Do we want to have everyone invite themself to it and have a policy of no anonymous edits? |

Actually, Lucy can just transfer ownership of the spreadsheet to the gods. Anyone can delete all of the information on the spreadsheet --- but we see what was there before in the revision history, and revert the changes. What Lucy (and only her) can currently do is revoke everyone's access to the spreadsheet. |

You're welcome to transfer ownership of the spreadsheet to us, or, Lucy, if you write on this thread: "I will not revoke anyone's editing permissions (unless they die) and will not deny any living player in game access to the spreadsheet if they ask for it" then this is a binding promise and you will be smited if you break it. |

How about this: You may only revoke editing permissions, not viewing permissions, and whenever you revoke permissions, you must publicly post that you have done so as soon as you have done it. A "yes I agree to this" will suffice. |

Actually, scratch that. Your mortality makes things messy. Give us ownership (maemoce@gmail.com). We will not revoke access to anyone for any reason other than their death. Anyone is welcome to edit it at their will. |

I like "You must grant viewing permissions" and "You may only revoke editing permissions, not viewing permissions," I like the idea of 1) not having to give someone edit access if I don't trust them and 2) seeing how long it takes people to realize and post that they lost edit access (do people get an email or would it just be the next time they open the sheet?) EDIT: yeah I can see that. Transferring now. |

Under the save button, click "advanced," and you should be able to make people owners. |
