Once there was a miller who was poor, but who had a beautiful daughter, Regirock. Now it happened that he had to go and speak to the king, and in order to make himself appear important he said to him, I have a daughter who can spin straw into gold. The king said to the miller, that is an art which pleases me well, if your daughter is as clever as you say, bring her to-morrow to my palace, and I will put her to the test. And when the girl was brought to him he took her into a room which was quite full of straw, gave her a spinning-wheel and a reel, and said, now set to work, and if by to-morrow morning early you have not spun this straw into gold during the night, you must die. Thereupon he himself locked up the room, and left her in it alone. So there sat the poor miller's daughter, and for the life of her could not tell what to do, she had no idea how straw could be spun into gold, and she grew more and more frightened, until at last she began to weep. By daybreak the king was already there, and when he saw the lack of gold (because seriously, who can spin straw into gold), he had Regirock beheaded Regirock was found dead in room 1022B at 11:58pm (previous location was incorrect, this location is correct) Day is extended until 12:58pm |

This was almost certainly a kill of opportunity by someone who lives at Simmons, not planned, because the timing is impossible for anyone to plan on. |

Jeanie and I sprinted down to the front door as soon as we saw the post. We probably got there around 12:02. We stayed for about five minutes. Saw a few people leave, two of whom did not match any faces on the faces spreadsheet, and a short Asian girl who left right as we arrived so we didn't see her face. Guessing either mafia left before pm'ing God or lives in Simmons. |

Late night door is very possible, especially since they would have been coming from A tower. I'm less inclined to believe they would stick around if they don't live here since it is relatively late and all the other living groups are fairly far away, but that's still possible |

mads: most of her alibis have been that she was in her room (which is in the same floor and tower of where she was killed), so it is an easy conclusion to make. I think most of the other simmons players, myself included, know who she is, but I definitely don't know her that well |

volanski -- sorry, just got confused by simmons room numbering system. Thought 1022B meant B tower (this is why EMTs ask for directions in simmons). The simplest explanation is probably the right one. The killer probably didn't think the four of you would be together and able to joint alibi. Bad luck for mafia, good for town. The killer is almost certainly one of the four aforementioned players. |

CRUCIAL INFO: Trek is regirock's boyfriend. He could have easily been in simmons to make the kill or provide info, or just found out where she was remotely. I think he'd be a good investigation target. Volanski and I couldn't find kmulhrad in 379A which is where she usually hangs out so I'd like to hear where she was. |
