God, I burn all mayor powers, destroy my petitions, and investigate whether I killed Sammy.

You did not kill Sammyluo (because you are don)
You destroy the petitions
You count the mafia: There are three mafia.

Unfortunately, you cannot burn all mayor powers: No mayor may use more than one count the mafia during their regime.
