Investigators, don't bother investigating anything yet. Nothing except the first's day's kill is even marginally worth investigating, IMO. Save your investigation through to 11 PM on the off-chance that there will be a kill near the end of the day.

Right now, no one is sketchy for anything related to a kill. All serial killers and all killers except for the day 1 kill are accounted for.
