Post subject:  Townspeople gossip
Post any and all information you have here pertaining to the foolish townspeople we hope to prey on, including:

    Information about who is what special role
    Candidates for conscription
    Who completely and totally trusts you (which we can use to advantage

People I know are fairly good strategists, so it might be useful to kill them off (or conscript them) sooner than later if we know they aren't special roles:

- Daniel
- Hilary
- JJ
- Jonathan
- Joy
- JY

Feel free to add to the list of "dangerous" players.

If we know they *aren't* special roles?! We can conscribe any special roles besides the monster (whose identity will be known as the monster when s/he comes into game), so it's actually better to do so, not counting the mad scientist (who we want dead because of the monster). If there is anyone with both a special role AND an item (besides the mad scientist, who apparently cannot halt work on his monster =.="), we want to conscribe them, in my opinion. Even just randomly conscribing one of the people with a fake ID might be the best option for us, actually, or possibly kaima, who has the medkit.

I'm weaseling myself in quite well with a number of people. Kai doesn't have the medkit, the mad scientist does. I think this is okay for now. We have 6 days to kill the scientist before the monster arrives, and plenty of time after to still knock off the mad scientist. I am running for mayor and have about 6 signatures so far.

Ah, damn, they went through with that already. The mad scientist was smart to take the initiative, and now Kai and s/he also have an alliance =.=" Thanks for the information gathering, that was quite useful.

Edit: actually, if the idea that Kai knows the mad scientist's identity is correct (which is likely since I can't think of anyone but us that would lie to her about that), then the most useful person to conscribe may be her, because she can tell us who that is.

If I name a name, you might avoid a person, scope that person, whereas if you don't know, you can't mess up. Not trying to be rude, just trying to make sure we don't slip. We can't kill the scientist until at LEAST tomorrow anyhow, so no reason to cause trouble now.

Chat log transcript from Jason Chiu. Even during real Mafia games, he's the type of person who - if he doesn't have a special role - sits back and watches the scene pan out in front of his eyes. So I found it a little suspicious when he initiated the chat... he's also on the defensive most of the time, and very secretive. We two are usually super good friends and tell each other -everything- from failing grades to how long he made out with his semiformal date. So I just find it strange he's being so tight-lipped.

Talked to Daniel Grazian - I think it would be good to keep him alive for a bit - he seemed very suspicious of Ami and Lydia, and he apparently has a reputation for being good at Mafia - it would be useful for us to have him steering people in the wrong direction.

^ agreed. He's a very loud-spoken person and has a tendency to jump to conclusions at times. Last IAP we played a game in which the first person that he trusted (and thus divulged full information to) ended up being the last mafia standing. Do you know his opinions on fluffy and JB yet? And does he seem to trust you well?
