Well, you beat me to it I was just about to message somebody who started with a shovel to encourage them to use it.

I think there's a chance of plant evidence (e.g. either he was SK, or less likely, he was innocent and someone else at random made the kill), but this would require frame + plant evidence, so it's pretty unlikely. We should keep the possibility in mind though.
