I was chilling in Destiny Kitchen playing Pikmin 3. kmath came in at some point and is with me now. I don't feel confident giving her a complete alibi because I'm not sure when she came in to chill with me.

I was on my way back from Tech Squares.

Daniel Grazian and I are at our apartment.

Mats probably either let in the killer or made a hitman kill.

I think there is a strong probability that this was a hitman kill. But investigators, definitely do investigate this if you don't have better investigations to make. Look at alibis and use your own judgement.

To use a bit of hopefully legal meta info, the wording of the death announcement ("Mats Apartment 23 Sidney Street (you can go to the entrance, you don't have to go in)") sounds like something Josh would say (no possessive apostrophe, comma splice ) which makes mtp less likely I think? or would Josh have written "dont"?

More seriously, seems not likely Josh would've been anywhere else if this was a planned kill. He was messaging me ~1/2 an hour before his death (about plans for when to make the mayoral investigation, sadly) and seemed not about to go anywhere. Even then, that doesn't mean it's not an MTP.
