Hello friends!

I'd like to run for alchemist because this sounds fun Would anyone like to run for mystic or mayor? Once we decide on a ballot we can decide who wants to run around getting signatures (I would do it if I had more space in my schedule tomorrow; maybe I still could depending on timing?)

If any of you has reason to believe you would be a better alchemist than I would, feel free to say that too and I'd probably be fine with ceding the chem experiments to you.

I want to run for Mayor.
Qualifications: I always run for Mayor and whenever I lose the election the winner is Mafia.
My schedule is not very compatible with collecting petition signatures, sadly. I can do some collecting tomorrow if it's needed.

I would run for mystic, since no one seems to want to so far - I'm a relative noob though.

Can collect signatures in Random + ET if people are happy with this.

I have a mechanical reason it might be better for me to be alchemist, but I might be wrong. How would the current candidates feel about switching and running for Mayor instead?

Lots of people want to run... If no one has started circulating petitions by 2:30 I'll pick at my discretion :p

Mystic and mayor candidates, you should also possibly discuss among yourselves privately? Or I can just pick "randomly"

I am running for mayor. You should elect me because:

1. I have an ability that makes my investigations infallible (e.g. the gods guarantee that the result they give me will be truthful no matter what other abilities are interacting with the investigation.)
2. I am not mafia.

I want to preempt any displays of suspicion regarding the fact that I am running for mayor when I haven't done so early in recent games. The difference here is that (a) nobody (cough, ksedlar, cough) has a petition halfway filled out within the first hour of game and (b) I have a reasonably strong ability conditioned on me being mayor.

Unfortunately, I'm going to be pretty much physically unavailable today (and most likely only today) due to my dental appointment. So I'd really appreciate it if somebody else could get my petition filled out for me.

My username on gmail (and many other places) is antimonyarsenide, so I have an Sb As well

Ok, so many runners; current thoughts:

Lily for alchemist, Miranda or dgrazian for mayor. Mystic should be someone in random or ec who has free time, so jamb?

I've started petitions. People in ec, go to 3w kl in the next hour to sign them (they're with a floorpi player)

I'm down with this. Maybe elect DGrazian mayor and mostly fill out my petition so if he dies/is impeached there'll be a backup.

Petitions for a role can't exist when the role is occupied, iirc, so I don't think the "backup" would work.

Will people be available at random if I go between 3 and 5?

I'll probably come to Random after work - around 6:30ish.

I'll be at Random anytime after 5 (have class 3-5) so I can take over the petitions from there if you want.

Also can get petitions to ET on Friday night if we still need sigs and if I make it that long

I'll try to be there by 7 but might not make it on time. I'll definitely be at Random for a few hours this evening though.

Just got on the bus from work so I'll probably not make it to Random by 7, but should be there by 7:30.
