I just posted what's probably the last pre-game rule changes. Any further rules changes will be announced both here and on the rules document. Any further rules clarifications will be told only to whoever asks about them. |

The rules say that people get goodwill at the end of the night; however, psychiatrists need to submit goodwill questions before the end of the night in which the goodwill is earned. This seems to imply that psychiatrists MUST submit questions before knowing whether or not they have goodwill. Is that the case? |

Rules change: goodwill stuff happens as soon as I process it: by, not at, the end of the night. |

I'd omitted the prohibition on electronically proven evidence from the rules. Therefore, electronic evidence collected today is allowed, but any collected after that is banned. |
