I'm trying to decide what I think and it's just easier if there is no confusion about this until I announce a plan.

To clarify, people should still be able to vote for their goodwill targets. Just leave the lynch field blank. Or explicitly vote for yourself, which is the default.

Yes, votes can be changed. You (Tin) should also vote to give goodwill to Lily Chen, as indicated by the spreadsheet.
