“Be wary of the people known as ‘Team Rocket’,” Brock warns as you leave the Pewter Gym. “They’ve been causing quite a ruckus lately around here. Last night, they challenged an amature trainer to a duel and almost beheaded the poor kid’s Pikachu.” … Striker runs rapidly away from his pursuer, followed closely by his Espeon. “I swear! I’m not James!” Striker screams as he narrowly dodges a head smash from a Geodude. Striker continues running into the darkness away from the ominous crowd. “Leave our town,” the crowd growls. “We don’t want you here.” “They crushed my Eevee,” Someone sobbed. “They stole her from me. They took her to a lab and crushed her.” “Get him. He’s part of Team Rocket.” the crowd chants. “Crush him with our Geodudes.” Sasha jumps into their trainer, Striker, stopping him in his tracks. Striker looks down and sees a precipice in front of him. “Thanks Sasha,” he whispers. They look up at him with their purple, knowing eyes. They twitch their ears and turns their head back towards the incoming crowd. Striker and Sasha look at each other one last time and jump off the cliff together. Striker is Exeggcuted.
