Announcements:
    - By popular demand, we will be having a debate tomorrow at 9:00 PM EDT. Please send any questions you'd like to ask the candidates to jakobian (the moderator) by PM before 8PM tomorrow. Answers to moderator questions are free, funded by taxpayer dollars. If a candidate was lynched, we might nominate someone else instead or maybe we'll try to conduct a seance.
    - Actions that allow you to use your power on a given day now include sending telling anyone to post something for you on a public forum, communicating with at least 3 players out-of-band, signing a petition that is submitted publicly, or voting for the lynch the previous day. Any mechanics involving the word "active" also take on these definitions. Ask GMs for clarification.
    - The pawn shop inventory is the same.
