ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Certain powers can give certain items to specific classical roles; other powers can give any item to any player. Here is a full list of items that can exist in the dream world, indexed by what classical role they would correspond to. Angle brackets mean the text will be replaced with something of that form.

Conspiracy Theorist (Blood)
Receiver <FM Channel>: This item listens to all microphones on its FM channel. If the holder of any such microphone dies by bang, the holder of the receiver will be notified who killed them. Each time you receive such a notification, 1 blood is generated by this receiver.

Conspiracy Theorist (Mana)
Receiver <AM Channel>: Something seems a bit off about this AM channel receiver. There’s a bunch of static right now. Maybe some useful messages will come through later? If they do, the first one will generate 1 mana.

Cynic (Blood)
Microphone <FM Channel>: This item broadcasts to its FM channel. If the holder of the microphone dies by bang or smite, the holders of any receivers on the channel will be notified who killed them. Each time such a notification occurs, 1 blood is generated by this microphone.

Cynic (Mana)
Microphone <AM Channel>: Something seems a bit off about this AM channel microphone. You can talk into it, but you can’t tell what it’s connected to. You can send anonymous messages through it. The first time this mic is used, it generates 1 mana.

Desperado (Blood)
Poison: You may choose a living player before the end of any day. That night, the player will be notified that they are poisoned and have two days to live. After two days, they will die at day end. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Desperado (Mana)
Poison: You may choose a living player before the end of any day. The player becomes progressively less able to defend themselves from angry lynch mobs. On the nth night after poisoning (including the first day that you poison them) the player gets n extra execution votes (listed as “Poison” votes). If the player has at least as many execution votes as the person who would win the vote in their absence, then both the player and the otherwise-winner are executed. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Gravedigger (Blood)
Shovel: You may choose a player to gravedig. PM Gods to learn the classical role, special role (and its description), and alignment (town, mafia, neither) of that player. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Gravedigger (Mana)
Shovel: This shovel looks heavy. And metal. If you hit someone over the head with it while they’re particularly vulnerable, it might be fatal, and make a metallic banging noise. This item allows you to set a trap on any living player. If successful, you get a bang attempt on them. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Group Investigator (Blood)
Guilt-Meter: To use this, PM Mods about a specific death. Mods will reply with the number of people who would currently appear guilty for the kill to a group investigator (i.e. made the kill or were framed and didn’t use MtP-style effects; the investigator temporary innocent-result power doesn’t affect this result). This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Group Investigator (Mana)
Guilt-Meter: To use this, PM Mods about a specific death. Mods will tell you whether that kill was made using a mafia-specific power or some other source of killing power. (Note that if a mafia made the kill but used a classical role ability to do it, it will be considered some other source.) This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Innocent Child (Blood)
Sandbox Toys: Once per day, you may use these to dig in the sandbox at one Point of Interest to attempt to find treasure. PM Mods when you do so. Each time you do find treasure, 1 blood is generated. Once you have found treasure twice in this way, this item breaks.

Innocent Child (Mana)
Sandbox Toys: You may use these to bury an innocent player in the sand so that angry mobs can’t find them. Choose a player before the end of any day. If they have the town goal, they will survive the execution that night. (If they received the majority of votes, no one will be executed; if they are dying at day end for other reasons they will still die.) This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Investigator (Blood)
Camera <ID>: You may place a camera at any location on campus. It will be able to see a reasonable area (a room, a lounge, a one-third segment of the Infinite, etc.). If anyone dies via bang within the camera’s vision, the person holding the corresponding TV item will be notified who did it. Placing a camera is one-use and generates 1 blood.

Investigator (Mana)
TV <ID>: This item corresponds to a camera item that someone will place somewhere in the world. If kills are made using bang within the camera’s vision, you will be notified who made the kill. Each time you are so notified, 1 mana is generated.

Politician (Blood)
Fake ID: <"Daniel Garzian,"> it reads. Hmm. Whoever this person is, they look a bit like you. You can use their ID to get an extra vote by PMing Mods before end of day. The ID is only valid until <2 days from when it was generated>, so use it by then or lose it. This item can be used once per night until it expires, and if it is used twice it generates 1 blood.

Politician (Mana)
Fake ID: <"Daniel Garzian,"> it reads. Hmm. Whoever this person is, they look a bit like you. You can use their ID to get an extra signature on a petition. (You add their name as the next signature on the list, and when the signatures are posted it’s in alphabetical order so it’s not clear when the fake signature was added.) When you do so, PM Mods; this item is used up and 1 mana is generated.

Priest (Blood)
Holy Water: This item allows you to incant splash on any living player except the item holder. There is no apparent effect, but a spirit of peace will remain on that person for a while and heighten their conscience. The next day, that player will be unable to make any kills, and will be informed so by Mods. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Priest (Mana)
Holy Water: This item allows you to incant splash on any living player except the item holder. There is no apparent effect. The water makes them slippery and hard to trap, so any traps set on the player for the rest of the day will fail. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Prophet (Blood)
Taser: You may write the name of any living player on the taser. 5 minutes later, it becomes active. When active, you may incant “I tase you” to the player when they are within line of sight and hearing. That player will not be able to make kills for the rest of the day. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Prophet (Mana)
Taser: You may write the name of any living player on the taser. 5 minutes later, it becomes active. When active, you may incant “electrocute” to the player by tapping them. You’d be surprised how many things in this digital age start to malfunction when hit with a dose of high-voltage electricity, so that player’s items will be disabled for the rest of the day. (Tell them so.) This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Serial Killer (Blood)
Gun: This item allows you to set a trap on any living player. If successful, you get a bang attempt on them. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Serial Killer (Mana)
Gun: This looks useful for threatening someone. You can use it to mug someone. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Stalker (Blood)
Blackmail: Choose a dead player and guess a living player who killed them. You will not be told if your guess is correct. If your guess succeeds, you blackmail the living player: they will not be able to use incants or items the next day, and they will be so informed (though you will not). This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Stalker (Mana)
Blackmail: Choose a player. You will learn their classical role. The player will be notified that “<your username> blackmailed you and now knows your classical role.” This item is one-use and its use generates 1 mana.

Superhero (Blood)
Metal Detector: You may incant “scan” on another living player. PM Mods to say that you have done so, and they will reply with a list of names of the player’s items. This item is one-use and its use generates 1 blood.

Superhero (Mana)
Metal Detector: Once per day, you may scan 1 Point of Interest to attempt to find treasure. PM Mods when you do so. Each time you do find treasure, 1 mana is generated. Once you have found treasure twice in this way, this item breaks.

Other

Wig: Ask Jackie if you'd like to borrow a wig or other disguise items. If you make a kill and your victim reports that they don't know who killed them, you gain a Poison item and 1 <mana/blood> is generated. This is a one-use item.

Shredder: Wow, there are a lot of items in game! Your inventory is getting a bit cluttered. Once per day, you can use this shredder to destroy an item. Doing this generates 1 <mana/blood>.

Popcorn: If at least two deaths happen within ten minutes of each other, within the next hour you may eat popcorn. After eating popcorn, the next time you would use bang, you may instead choose to use kaboom. This is a one-use item and its use generates 1 <mana/blood>.

OP (Due to game balance, you may not grant these unless you know otherwise):

Inflatable Dino Suit: Ask Jackie if you'd like to borrow an inflatable dino suit. You may incant “KABOOM!” on someone while wearing this. Please tell Gods in advance so we can film this and post it on Graveyard. Note: it may take up to 24 hours for Jackie to get you the suit; if you think you'll want it please ask as far ahead as possible. This is a one-use item and its use generates 1 <mana/blood>.

Bomb: You’re not sure what this does or how to set it off. You’re too scared to even try to destroy it. It seems potentially explosive, but it looks more glittery than deadly… if it explodes, it generates 1 <mana/blood>.

Scope: This item can be combined with other items to improve their accuracy. You can ask Mods what would happen if you used it in conjunction with any other item in your inventory. ("Combined" just means using them at the same time; you don't have to find a way to glue them together or anything.) This item has 2 charges; if used twice it generates 1 <mana/blood>.

Whoops, forgot to fix the descriptions here for mana shovel and blood gun until now. Fixed now (they give trap-kills, not free bangs).
