Jackie, or "Hououin Kyouma," as she liked to call herself, had always considered herself to be a mad scientist with dreams of doing great things. She had made a number of inventions known as "Future Gadgets," and she had finally taken them to a science fair with the intent of showing them off. Though the official judges dismissed her booth as being full of useless junk, she managed to have the most popular exhibit at the fair. "These are so silly, it's hilarious!" one visitor was quoted as saying.
