Possible conscript targets based on level of activity in general, success as mafia previously, and how likely other people are to suspect them as conscripts. New players are particularly tempting if they end up being active. |

I think it's a good idea to conscript people who live at places we don't (ie. grad students or ET). I'm most worried about getting to ET without being seen, although they all come to campus at some point... |
