So, both shovels are at EC. If we can make a convincing case as to how I would have a contact into the 'innocent child network', I could offer to pass the shovels on to 'them'.

My thoughts are:
today or tomorrow, I can say ksedlar sent me a pm telling me the smited person is isaacg, and that she is sending that message to several random players.
then, we kill ksedlar, thereby proving her innocence to the EC block, who now distrusts her.
then, I grab both shovels and meet with isaacg to pass them to him, so he can "give them to the innocent children".
now isaac will be more trusted by the EC block, and we'll have the shovels.
