"Dude, it's fine. We got this. We're co-chairs now. Do you get what that means?"
"It means we're in charge, and whatever we say goes?"
"Obviously! But no, I meant something more specific than that."
"Hmm?"
"Delegation!"
"... I don't get it."

Welcome, one and all, to the Committee of Really Awesome Party-Planning Youth! I just know we're going to make the best party ever! And by we, I totally mean all of you guys. Us co-chairs have things to see and people to do. Wait, I think that came out wrong.
Now I know you've been antsy for the past few hours, but I hope you can understand. You see, we can't just start the day all willy-nilly. Our committee has a 138 page long rulebook for a reason! (It's not clear that any of us still know what the reasons are, but no matter!) Party planning is serious stuff, after all!
Oh dear me, it seems I've gotten off track again. Anyway, Article MXV, Section 17 says that since it's past 11 pm (and since I've made this official announcement), the party planning can begin!
