I'm actually unsure what this is referring to. And I would think that with all the plots I've overheard, I WOULD know what this was referring to. Possible things that God might have judged as influencing game:
David Kaufman telling us about his scheme, giving us a scheduled time for it, and then all the ghosts suspiciously loitering in BMF lounge beforehand. However, this wouldn't influence the scheme's likelihood of working, and moreover, David Kaufman isn't mafia, so a warning wouldn't be sent to mafia den.
Lily Chen talking about her future plots. But while she did talk about future plots a lot, she has been dead for a while, and I would think a god would have said something earlier.
Me talking with Mats yesterday. After we came out of a room, Josh asked if we had been talking about mafia, and I said, "maybe." However, a lot of people were asking him about stuff yesterday apparently, and so I don't think that's suspicious enough to influence game, especially when Mats refused to be a hitman and refused to stay quiet if someone killed Josh. In fact, Mats didn't even tell me information; I was asking him a question for my fanfic, and I ended up using something different than what he said anyway. Additionally, this still doesn't qualify as mafia influencing game through ghosts.
If I had to guess, I'd say maybe someone was told about the plan for Shi-ke's death? Maybe aok, since he seemed to be around, and might have had potential to influence things?
