He still can't quite shake the feeling that something's been peering over his shoulder for the past week. At first he had chalked it up to all the grisly murders and random violence cropping up all over town, but ever since yesterday, there's been a lingering sense of something over him. Like a shadow has enveloped the town. He shudders and quickly puts it from his mind. The gods are probably watching. As he stomps towards his room, the snow and ice falling off his shoes into little puddles, he thinks back to all the deaths within the past week. He wonders if he'll make it to the end of the day. A shot rings out. tjhance was killed outside his room (Random Hall, Clam, 324) at 9:42pm. |
