F: *do* investigate ermain -> Lucy.

F: Investigate ermain -> lilychen

A few things before I go back to work for good for the next couple hours:

1. Don't worry about the double-mikes. I have testimony saying there's nothing sketchy about it.
2. I (as mayor) was the one who investigated JK. The other investigator (F) just confirmed it.
3. I don't think it really matters who does these investigations. But DON't investigate luci's death. That has already been confirmed by an investigator. Focus on Lily and then Schmolly.

Dang, Lucy should have told me she still had mic #4 on her before I gave it to her x.x' Maybe she was planning to give it away as soon as she could but then died?
