Note that the expected number of true investigations is 16 players (who aren't known mafia) times .3 (investigators) times .7 (not serial killers) times .3 (have an investigation today) is 1.008, so in expectation .992 of those investigations are fake.

Yikes. I guess someone paid attention to my "How to be a SK" thread about killing proxies. Keep the proxy chains long and unpredictable!

Investigator Snake is not Tuan, nor was the information proxied through Tuan.
