When person X kills person Y, all of person Y's items are automatically transferred to X.
When someone dies to execution, all of their items are randomly distributed to everyone else.

Are all items distinguishable? As in, if I recieve an item, will I be told "You have received [Item#]" or just "You have received a [Item]"?

Items are not distinguishable for you.
