But, discussion in ET Front Rooms has concluded that it is possible for people to fake their own deaths like this, as it is indisinguishable from someone posting their own actual death.

New rules addition: "However, you cannot fake fake forum posts titled something of the form “day X death Y,” because players need to be able to report their own deaths when the GMs are not available."
