With 1 mafia and 3 townies, the mafia member can trivially make a kill and have a vote advantage. There are no prophets or gay knights alive in game, so the mafia WIN after 9 days. The mafia were: Josh Frisch schmolly David Kaufman and their conscript, dgrazian |

Note that impeachment requires at least 5 signatures. Also, the only way dgrazian reasonably might have lost is if people hid from him, which would have been stupid. |
