Clarification/addendum: the 'standard stuff' includes the 1-2-3 rule, namely:

If a person is in their room with the door open, you may stand at the entrance and say “fire 1, fire 2, fire 3, fire at..” to fire at them. (The person being incanted upon thusly cannot interrupt you, jump out their window, or slam the door, but they can yell or message other players.)
