It's really annoying to have to get confirmation from everyone in a group before you add someone to a chat. This is better than last game's rule of "you can't add people to chats," but still hasslesome. I liked the old rules of just being able to use hangouts in their regular format, except that you can't add people to chats where dead people have said things, because that's a deadman switch.
So, if you want to add someone to a chat, but it's annoying to get permission, just copy-paste the whole transcript from the last chat, in all of it's jankily formatted glory.
Maybe that will prove that we should go back to the old rule system.
