There should be a second splitter at least, given both the number of investigations and that I got one. |

Splitters should proxy out their sets! and anyone who hasn't claimed a splitter investigation yet should do so  Mafia already knows all of this information, so there's no downside to claiming, and I think town wants to know where it's investigations are. There should be at least one more splitter set? |
