You must choose which sets get pair investigations available to use on day 2.

1. {agu1, ama29, aok, bookbinder} vs {Sir Nicoeus, swapnilg, yyao1, zawadx}
2. {Farel22, Brunnerj, Sir Nicoeus, m2w} vs {aok, ixa, jasonye, megaol}
3. {agu1, ama29, aok, swapnilg}, vs {m2w, megaol, mhummel, micosu}
4. {aok, iperez, ninager, Linus} vs {brunnerj, jasonye, zawadx, m2w}

I propose randomizing all of these; the only one with a huge mafia:nonmafia disparity is set 3. Town tends to overanalyze splitter choices on average, I think??, so a policy of choosing the set with more mafia might actually leak some information over time.
