GMs are ruling the bang incant is usable at ET for the rest of this game as follows:
0) No sketchiness and sneaking around at ET
1) You should find your victim and inform them that you are about to bang them, and give them 15 seconds to tase you if they already have a prepped taser. Reactive vig kills are not allowed.
2) Inform GMs immediately. Whether or not this kill succeeds, this event will be posted to forums publically by GMs immediately.
@ET players: Please don't run or scream @Killers: Please no sketchiness and sneaking around ET; That's what this ruling is trying to prevent!
