Yeah. Sammy was the obvious person for aok to jail given my arsonist claim, so this makes a lot of sense.
Sammy thinks lyuyuan is slightly sketchy for reading but not responding to his message earlier. I think I would really prefer to back-claim once we know more things about visitors, because of the following reasoning:
- if lyuyuan is mafia, she is fake claiming stalker and needs to come up with a reason why she wouldn't know who python targeted; a misunderstanding of the rules would lead one to think that python would show as having no target if he was dead. Targeting the person who died, plus saying a claim that could come from a mafia misunderstanding the rules, is sketchy
- if I claim to stalk lyuyuan and see no result I am basically soft-vouching that she was roleblocked and also that she didn't kill python
If any of brunnerj. Nico, and beanboy don't get a visitor message, then I can safely claim to have seen them target themselves (effectively claiming they were taxi-driven). In beanboy's case he can also lie and claim to have not gotten such a message even if he got one (not particularly vouching for me at all, only agreeing with my claim that he was taxi driven, which is safe). Alternatively if we learn that some visit went into the void I could also back-claim to have stalked the visitor and seen no result (doesn't even out me if the visit going to the void was a lie, because I could have been roleblocked instead).
Also note that visitors can catch mafia taxi drivers; if they visit you when you taxi drove with X, and you fail to claim a visit while X claims they mysteriously got visited, you look bad.
Long story short, if you do or don't get a visit message, don't claim it until mafia have time to discuss.
