If either of you possess a Medkit, you should be aware that if you are lynched, it will be given to someone at random. Also be aware that you can destroy a Medkit. If you want to transfer a medkit, you have to give it to the receiver. If you want to leave it in a hidden place to be picked up, I'd say that it only counts as not being in your possession if you are no longer physically able to get it again. Otherwise, I'll retrieve it from the hidden spot, and give it to a random townsperson.
