The votes are:

No lynch: (4)
    Jillian
    Nur
    Rutu
    Steve (who is dead)
Maria: (4)
    Alex2
    Lauren
    Nicole
    Stephanie

No-lynch wins, so nobody is lynched on Day 1.

Edit: Lauren voted for Maria in an e-mail (sent 11:50), so I didn't notice it before. This ties the vote 4-4, so by tiebreaker, the winner is the choice for whom the last vote came first. The last no-lynch vote came at 11:49, while the last Maria vote came at 11:56, so No-Lynch still wins.
