 Post subject: Basic Mafia Guidelines

Hey, just want to post this to set some basic rules for things mafia should do.

1. Don't do anything without posting to the forums, barring extraneous circumstances.
2. Share all known information with the rest of the mafia.
3. Stay active and check the forums often for mafia updates.
