Achester, answer this the minute you get back: why did you smite before the witness you were waiting for showed up? Were there any witnesses to the smiting other than you and the person you smote? If you smote someone with no third party witnesses, you are either very dumb or very sketchy.

I waited half an hour past when that witness (ltchin) was supposed to arrive, and was already late to a conference call, so I just had to smite and run. Ltchin should confirm.
