So I just realized that Lily Chen doesn't know who the real rogue is. The real rogue was included in her PM to the Massive Townie Conspiracy (hereafter known as The Pokémon League). If the rogue believes her, they could tell the mafia about the whole thing. For all I know, they already have told the mafia the whole thing and I haven't seen it on the mafia den because all the real mafia are now conducting all their anti-Pokémon League business over PMs to hide it from Lily. SO MANY SECRETS SO MUCH FUN OMG

Okay, so now Lily Chen knows who the rogue is, but I don't fully understand how she knows. She said the rogue (Michikyo) PM'd the mafia saying "they know", but IDK what else Michikyo may have said besides "they know". Also Lily says that the mafia apparently don't believe the rogue, and presumably they don't because one of them must've told her about the accusation and who made it.
