We should decide who we want to brainwash. It should probably be someone that the CIA is less likely to get to/choose, but given the existence of jamb this is probably nontrivial to determine.
We should think about how to prep our brainwash targets against future betrayal. For example, one idea I have is to ask them to tell us if they ever get brainwashed by the CIA, promising to give them the list of CIA officers at that future point in exchange. I don't think this is that likely to work, though. We should think carefully about who we want to use for each brainwashing.
Also, #1 priority if we want to have a good chance at winning, IMO:
GET RID OF JAMB.
Early. If we can find any way. If anyone can kill, this would be a pretty useful thing to do. Jamb existing means a lot of things can easily go wrong for us. Jamb not existing means... fewer things will go wrong, in expectation.
